Pack Your Gear
Carefully repackage your instrument or equipment in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards provided at the time of purchase.
Ship the Item
Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outer shipping carton before dropping it off at your preferred carrier's location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
